I can site strong text based evidence to support my literary analysis of theme. I can describe how words or phrases, effect the mood of the story or the development of the character associated with the word or phrase.

In Class Task #1:

Complete the Literary Analysis using Text Evidence. Copy the chart, complete the table, and then share it with Mrs. Hohn at jhohn@tahomasd.us

During Week Three you will be responsible to read chapters 13-20 and complete Response Questions.

Journal Writing Using Text Evidence:

To complete this task, you will need to copy the Journal Writing questions and add it to your previous journal writing document. The questions need to be answered using text evidence to support whatever ideas they may have about the prompt. When using a text based evidence, make sure that you are using "quotation marks" and adding page numbers.

Vocabulary:

Throughout the novel, The Eleventh Plague, by Jeff Hirsch you will be completed a vocabulary list. Please copy and save the attached google doc. This assignment must be completed by Monday July 28th.
